We have a selection of features that clients can choose from.

  • Tables (Cocktail, Round, & Rectangular)

  • Elegant White Chairs

  • Antique Furniture & Couches for Sitting Areas

WHAT KIND OF SETTINGS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our clients have the option to use either indoor, outdoor, and/or both facilities, of course, depending on the time of year!

  • Outdoor Courtyard

WHAT EVENT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We have many amenities to offer our clients that are included in the venue rental.

  • TV's (for slideshows)

  • PA Sound System + Microphones

  • Covered Porch, Courtyard & Deck

  • Access to Venue for Bridal & Engagement Photos

DO YOU HAVE AN EXCLUSIVITY POLICY WHEN IT COMES TO VENDORS?

No, we do not have a list of vendors that you have to use but we can give you recommendations for different vendors that we have had at The Carriage House!

WHERE IS THE PARKING LOCATED?

We have a grass parking lot that is located adjacent to The Carriage House on the Northwest side. The entrance to the lot is across from the marina.

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes. Payment plans are available.
